  1. Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is stable by checking the connection under your TV’s Settings menu (service requires a minimum download speed of at least 5Mbps).

  2. Run an internet speed test - Note that you can do this from a computer or phone that’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV, rather than having to install an app.

  1. If you’re stuck loading in the Channels section, try navigating to over to the left side menu using the D-pad or left directional button on your remote.

  2. After pulling up the left side menu, select either TV Shows or Movies from the menu to navigate to one of those on-demand sections.

  3. Once that section finishes loading, try navigating back to the Channels section and allow a minute or two for it to load.

  3. Scroll down and select the FreeCast app from the list that appears (you may need to select See all apps to view the full list).

  5. Click back on your remote and select Clear Data from the list > Press Ok.

  6. Launch the FreeCast app again and sign in to your account.
