Click on the Chrome settings menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three dots running vertically)

Select "Settings"

Go to "Privacy and Security" and select "Cookies and other site data"

Check the box next to "Allow all cookies”

Click on the Tools menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three horizontal lines)

Select "Options" 

Click on the "Privacy & Security" tab

Under "History" select "Use custom settings for history" from the "Firefox will" menu

Check the boxes next to "Remember browsing and download history" and "Remember search and form history"

Click on Chrome in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu

Scroll down and select "Show advanced settings.."

Click on "Content Settings"

Choose the option to "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" > Click "Done".
