SelectTV App for LG TV
NOTE: Currently, you can download a beta version of our SelectTV app on most newer LG TV models.
Note that this app may work better for some users than others, depending on which LG TV version and model you’re using, and we will be releasing a live, non-beta version in the very near future.

To install the SelectTV app on your LG TV just visit your TV’s app store and search “SelectTV”.
How to cast from an iPhone
Make sure that your mobile phone and TV device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open the Control Center:
> On iPhone X or later or iPad with iPadOS 13 or later: Swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen.
> On iPhone 8 or earlier or iOS 11 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen.Tap “Screen Mirroring”
Select your AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV from the list.
If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your iOS or iPadOS device.
How to cast from a Samsung device
Make sure that your mobile phone and TV device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Slide down on your screen from the home screen. Tap the small button that says “Media”.
On the menu that appears, select “Smart View”.
From the Smart View menu, select the device you are trying to cast to.
Your Screen will now be mirrored and you can play your SelectTV content on your TV!
