If the username/email you’re entering on the FreeCast login page is prompting an error message stating
“No active account found with the entered credentials”,

It more than likely means that there is no registered FreeCast account under that address.

Here are a few things to try first…

1. Double check for any extra spacing in front of the first letter of the username/email. Note that if there is even one space before it, the username/email will come back as being invalid
