  2. Run an internet speed test - Note that you can do this from a computer or phone that’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV, rather than having to install an app.

  1. Press the Home button on your LG TV remote and then hover over/highlight the FreeCast app in your list of installed apps.

  2. Hold down the Select/D-pad button on the FreeCast app until an Edit App List menu appears.

  3. Select the trash can icon/delete button just above the FreeCast app to delete it.

  4. Press the Home button on your LG TV remote to return to the home screen > Then choose “Apps”.

  5. Search for the FreeCast app using the search bar located at the top of the Apps screen.

  6. Install the FreeCast app and try launching it again.
