If you're having issues with your audio while viewing content, here are some helpful tips to get that fixed…fixed.

  1. Most video players (Hulu, Crackle, YouTube) will have the volume controls in the bottom right-hand corner of the video player. If you aren't hearing anything from the player, first makes sure the volume control is turned up.

Also make sure the player isn't muted.

  2. Try adjusting the volume controls on your computer or device by double-clicking the volume icon on your System Tray or menu bar and raising the slider up(The volume icon usually looks like a small speaker and is located on the bottom right of your computer screen)

  3. Try a few different video players like Windows Media Player or QuickTime. Do you hear any audio from these players?
You can also try watching videos on YouTube player, like YouTube for example, to see if they play with audio.

  4. Close out and then restart your internet browser and try playing the video again. If you're still having issues, try clearing your browse cache.

  5. Restart your computer or device and then try playing the video again.
