FreeCast Home involves an HDHomeRun box, an HD antenna and the FreeCast app. Simply connect your HDHomeRun box to a smart TV which includes the FreeCast app (see device requirements), along with your router and the HD antenna.

You can then watch live major broadcast channels on multiple devices simultaneously throughout your home with our multi room/user network tuner solution.

You can access the FreeCast Home channels on the following devices:

titleDoes the FreeCast Home Box include a warranty?

Yes, the Home Solution Box includes a One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

However, there is also a two-year warranty with SiliconDust for those boxes as well - So if you purchase a FreeCast Home box through us (FreeCast) and exceed one year, you will still be eligible for another year under SiliconDust’s warranty.

Yes, you can use the FreeCast Home channels on an HDHomeRun box even if it wasn’t ordered through FreeCast. Just note that your TV will need to to be compatible with the FreeCast app.

You can find the FreeCast Home channels when you visit the Channels section and choose the “Select Channels” menu.

  • You will then see “FreeCast Home” as one of the channel options.
