  1. Select the Settings menu from the iOS home screen.

  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose General > About.

iPad

  1. Select the Settings menu from the iOS home screen

  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose General > About.

  3. The right side of the screen will then display your iOS information, including the software version

Apple TV

  1. Select Settings from the Apple TV home screen

  2. Choose General from the Settings list, then select About.

  3. The next screen will display your tvOS version as well as your Apple TV model

Android Device

  1. Open your Settings menu on your device.

  2. Scroll down and select the About Phone option.

  3. Select Android version or Software information and the next screen should display your Android version.


Android TV / Google TV

  1. Select the Settings menu from the top right corner of the Android TV home screen.

  2. Scroll down the Settings menu and choose Device Preferences.

  3. Select About and then scroll down the next screen that appears to see your Android OS version.

Fire TV

  • Recommended for Fire OS version 7.0 or greater

  1. Click the home button on your Fire TV remote to get to the home screen

  2. Scroll to the far right and locate the Settings button > Select Settings.

  3. From the Settings menu select My Fire TV.

  4. Then select About and the device information for your Fire TV should display on the right side of the screen.


Samsung TV

  • Tizen version 5.5 or greater

  1. Go to the Internet / web browser section on your Samsung TV (this should appear in the main menu along with Apps, Settings, etc)

  2. Type the following web address in your Samsung TV browser - https://whatsmybrowser.org

  3. The web page you arrive at will likely show the current version of the Samsung TV browser you’re using - then if you scroll down further, you should see the Tizen version confirmed next to Operating System.


LG TV

  • webOS version 5 or greater

  1. Press the Settings button on your LG TV remote, or click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the LG TV home screen to reach the Settings menu

  2. Scroll down the Settings list that appears and select All Settings.

  3. In the next menu that appears, select Support > Then choose Software Update.


Important To Know

  • Applications are submitted for approval with compatibility for the stated Operating Systems and we can not guarantee compatibility with all devices of the stated Operating systems.

    If an application does not appear in the store for a device with a compatible operating system, please contact support for the corresponding application store.

  • Antenna DVR Channels are subject to regional availability and are affected by geography, climate, and weather conditions.

  • Streaming Local channels are determined by user device location and not available for all markets.

  • Antenna DVR requires additional service cost from Silicon Dust. It also requires a compatible HD HomeRun box.
