The Account Verification process is put in place as a security measure to prevent fraudulent account signups. You can complete your Account Verification either through email or SMS/text.

  1. Verify your account through your registered email address:
    - Check your email inbox for the Confirmation email > Then click the “Verify your Email” button

    - This will take you straight into the site if you’re using a computer/laptop, or redirect you to the FreeCast app if you’re using a mobile device.

  1. Verify your account via SMS/text using your cell phone:
    - You should receive the text message within a few minutes, which will include a clickable link/code to complete the account verification.

NOTE: If the verification is not completed within 72 hours of the account registration then you will not be able to log in.

  • If you’re not seeing the verification email in the inbox for your registered email address, please contact our live support team and our agents will be happy to have that resent to you.
