The following instructions are referring to the FreeCast Whole Home Solution Box, though the same setup instructions apply if you have an HDHomeRun box that was not purchased from FreeCast.

Connect your FreeCast Home / HDHomeRun Box

  1. Connect Antenna: Plug your antenna (sold separately) into the "Antenna In" port.

  1. Connect Network: Use the included ethernet cable to connect to your home router.

  1. Power On: Plug the device into an outlet. The green ethernet light will indicate power.

Watch Local TV with FreeCast Home

  1. Install FreeCast App: Go to your device's app store and search for FreeCast. Download and install the app on your streaming device.

  1. Log in to FreeCast: Use your email and password from purchase to log in.

  1. Select FreeCast Home in the channels section.

  1. Scan for channels: Select refresh to scan for local channels.
