If the username/email you’re entering on the FreeCast login page is prompting an error message like you see in the image below, it likely means that there is no registered FreeCast account under that address.

Here are a few things to try first…

1. Double check for any extra spacing in front of the first letter of the username/email. Note that if there is even one space before it, the username/email will come back as being invalid

2. Try requesting a password reset using the “Forgot Password” link. If it again states that there is no active account under that information, then move on to step 3.

3. Contact our live support team via 24/7 live chat or through a support ticket and confirm your full name, along with your email address. One of our live reps will then be able to check our database for any accounts registered to your name, to get everything cleared up for you.
