The Account Verification process is put in place as a security measure to prevent fraudulent account signups. As soon as you finish registering a new account, you should see this message below.

To verify your account:

Check your email inbox for the Confirmation email > Then click the “Verify” button

> This will take you straight into the site if you’re using a computer/laptop, or redirect you to the FreeCast app if you’re using a mobile device.

NOTE: If the verification is not completed within 72 hours of the account registration then you will not be able to log in.

  • If you’re not seeing the verification email in the inbox for your registered email address, please contact our live support team and our agents will be happy to have that resent to you.
