Windows users
Google Chrome
Click on the Chrome Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three dots running vertically).
Select Delete browsing data…
Select All time under the Time range dropdown menu.
Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).
Click Delete data to confirm.
Edge
Click on the Edge Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three dots running horizontally).
Select History.
Click on the trash can icon in the top right corner of the History window.
Select All time under the Time range dropdown menu.
Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).
Firefox
Click on the Firefox Settings menu in the top right corner of the page (three horizontal lines).
Select History.
Choose Clear Recent History...
In the Time range to clear dropdown menu select Everything.
Click Clear to confirm.
Mac users
Google Chrome
Click on Chrome in the top menu bar.
Select Delete Browsing Data...
In the Time range dropdown menu select All time.
Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).
Click Delete data.
Firefox
Click on History in the top menu bar.
Select Clear Recent History…
In the new window that appears click on the dropdown menu next to Time range top clear > Select Everything.
Then check the boxes next to History and Temporary cached files and pages (Note that you can leave the Cookies and site data box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).
Select Clear.
Safari
Click on History in the top menu bar.
In the dropdown menu that appears select Clear History...
In the next box that appears select the option for all history.
Click Clear History.
FreeCast Apps
Android Device
Open your Settings menu on your device and visit your Apps section.
Locate and select the FreeCast app in the list of apps.
Select Storage > Clear Data.
Click Ok to confirm.
After clearing the cache and data, restart your device and then try launching the FreeCast app again.
(Note that you can also hold your finger down on the FreeCast app and then select the “i” icon that appears to view those app settings on some Android devices)
Android TV
Click the Home button on your Android TV remote to get to the home screen.
From the very top of the Android TV home screen, scroll all the way to the right and select Settings under your profile icon.
Scroll down the Settings menu and select Apps > Select See all apps.
Scroll down the list of apps and select FreeCast when it appears.
From the FreeCast app settings section, scroll down and select Clear cache.
Click Ok to confirm.

Apple TV
Navigate to the Settings menu from your Apple TV home screen.
Select System > Then choose Restart (Note that restarting may take several minutes).
Fire TV
Click the Home button on your Fire TV remote to get to the home screen.
Scroll to the far right and locate the Settings button > Select Settings.
From the Settings menu select Applications.
Scroll down and select Manage Installed Apps > Once the list of apps appears, scroll down and select FreeCast from the list.
Scroll down the FreeCast app settings section and select Clear cache.

Samsung TV
Go to the Settings menu on your Samsung TV and select Support from the Settings menu
Under the Support section select Device Care > Then choose Manage Storage.
Locate the FreeCast app and select it from the menu. Select View Details and then click on Clear Cache.
LG TV
Turn off your LG TV and then unplug it.
Wait 20-30 seconds and then plug the TV back.
