Is phone support available?
While we do not have live agents available by phone, we do offer 24/7 Live Chat Support for all of our users, which you can get to by clicking the Live Help chat widget that sits on each of our FreeCast sites, including support.freecast.com.
Our live representatives will be able to provide immediate assistance with any support concerns you may have, while the chat format also allows for easy sharing of help links, screenshots and other information which may be useful in diagnosing or resolving an issue.
