Why can't I log in?
If you’re having trouble logging in to your FreeCast account, let’s first make sure you’re going to the right place.

1. Make sure your email address has been verified
To fully activate your new FreeCast account you will need to complete the email verification after registering.
Once you click the confirmation button in that verification email, it will take you into the site for the first time and provide you with a quick welcome tour.
If you’re not seeing the verification email in the inbox for your registered email address, please contact our live support team and our agents will be happy to have that resent to you.
2. Make sure cookies are enabled
In order to log in and avoid having to re-enter your username and password every time you visit the site, it’s important to have cookies enabled, at least for FreeCast and any other content providers you’re using to access content.
3. Forgot password
If you forgot your password, just click on the Forgot Password link directly underneath the login button. You'll be asked to provide the registered email address associated with your account - Type in that email and click Reset my password.
You’ll then be sent an email with instructions and a link to reset your password.

If you’re not receiving the password reset email after submitting a request, be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders as well, in case it ended up there.
