Clearing your cache

Windows users

  1. Click on the Chrome Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three dots running vertically).

  2. Select Delete browsing data…

  3. Select All time under the Time range dropdown menu.

  4. Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).

  5. Click Delete data to confirm.

  1. Click on the Edge Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen (button with three dots running horizontally).



  2. Select History.

  3. Click on the trash can icon in the top right corner of the History window.



  4. Select All time under the Time range dropdown menu.

  5. Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).

  1. Click on the Firefox Settings menu in the top right corner of the page (three horizontal lines).

  2. Select History.



  3. Choose Clear Recent History...



  4. In the Time range to clear dropdown menu select Everything.

  5. Click Clear to confirm.


Mac users

  1. Click on Chrome in the top menu bar.

  2. Select Delete Browsing Data...

  3. In the Time range dropdown menu select All time.



  4. Check the boxes next to Browsing history and Cached images and files (Note that you can leave the Cookies box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).

  5. Click Delete data.

  1. Click on History in the top menu bar.

  2. Select Clear Recent History



  3. In the new window that appears click on the dropdown menu next to Time range top clear > Select Everything.

  4. Then check the boxes next to History and Temporary cached files and pages (Note that you can leave the Cookies and site data box unchecked if you don’t want to be logged out of all the sites you use).



  5. Select Clear.
